DUSTER 3000 Air Scrubber
HEPA-14 filtration for sensitive areas.
The DUSTER 3000 Air Scrubber is a mobile, three-stage recirculation filter system for environments with high demands on particle purity. A HEPA-14 filter removes 99.995% of all particles. Every filter is leak-tested according to EN 1822 and supplied with its own test certificate.

DUSTER 3000 Air Scrubber
How the Air Scrubber works.
The Air Scrubber cleans the indoor air using a recirculation process. The device draws in air, passes it through three filter stages, and releases the purified air back into the room from the top. With an extraction radius of around 7 meters, the device also covers larger rooms.
The DUSTER 3000 platform brings filtration to where it is needed locally or temporarily. The unit remains mobile and ready for operation at any standard power outlet.
Operating principle
Three stages to filter class H14.
Stage 1 — Pre-filter
Pre-filter — Special pre-filter mat. Captures coarse particles and dust. Service life approx. 6 months.
Stage 2 — Main filter
Pleated metal frame filter. Captures finer particles. Service life approx. 6 months.
Stage 3 — HEPA-14 filter (Viledon)
High-efficiency papers in a V-shaped arrangement. Separation efficiency 99.995%. Tested according to EN 1822. Service life approx. 12 months.

Certifications & Documentation
HEPA-14 – certified purity.

The Air Scrubber bears the CE mark for the European market. Every H14 filter is individually leak-tested according to EN 1822 and supplied with its own test certificate — thus, the separation efficiency is proven for the exact filter installed in your device. The filter also meets the requirements of VDI 6022 for ventilation and air conditioning.
Areas of Application
Where every particle counts.
Work environments with high demands on particle purity. Testing rooms, production areas with sensitive materials, cleanroom-adjacent environments.
Cleanroom-adjacent areas
Additional filter performance during peak loads or in areas without connection to a fixed system.
Pharma and Laboratory
Low-particle air for sensitive analyses and sterile work processes.
Optics and Microelectronics
Manufacturing and assembly where a single grain of dust determines rejection.
Food Processing
Hygiene-critical production areas, available in a stainless steel housing upon request.
Economic Efficiency
Filtration performance where it is needed.
A fixed cleanroom system maintains an entire room concept at a certain level and is planned and approved accordingly. The Air Scrubber provides targeted support and is ready for use on the day of delivery.
In operation
Ready for immediate use
Mobile and flexible: The Air Scrubber is rolled to wherever low-particle air is needed – without any fixed installation or conversion.
Procurement
Purchase or leasing
You can choose between purchase and leasing, available as a package with replacement filters upon request.

Filters & Accessories
Full performance only with original filters.
The separation efficiency of 99.995% is tested for the original filter and documented with its test certificate. Frame dimensions and seals are matched to the housing to ensure no air bypasses the filter.

Frequently asked questions
Questions & answers.
What does filter class H14 mean?
H14 is the highest class of HEPA filters according to EN 1822. It requires a separation efficiency of at least 99.995% for the particle size that is most difficult to filter. Every filter in this class is individually leak-tested and supplied with a test certificate.
Does the Air Scrubber have an activated carbon filter?
No. It works with three particulate filter stages and thus binds solid and liquid particles. Gaseous substances such as solvent vapors or odors are not retained by a particulate filter. The DUSTER 3000 Fume Control is designed for this purpose, as it works with two activated carbon stages.
Does the Air Scrubber replace a cleanroom system?
No, it complements it. A fixed system permanently maintains a room concept at a certain level, which includes air exchange rates, pressure levels, and monitoring. The Air Scrubber brings additional filtration performance to a specific location, such as during a peak load or in an area without a connection.
How large is the area covered by one device?
The effective radius is around seven meters. How many devices a room needs depends on its geometry and the required air exchange rate. We can calculate this for your room.
How often do the filters need to be changed?
The pre-filter and intake filter can be cleaned and therefore last longer. The H14 HEPA filter is replaced and not cleaned, because any cleaning damages the filter medium and thus the separation efficiency. The intervals depend on your load, and the airflow indicator on the device signals when the filter performance decreases.
Does the device require a special power connection?
A normal 230 V outlet is sufficient; the device draws a maximum of 8 A. A 16 A fuse should be provided on-site.
