The mobile recirculation/exhaust air extraction unit
You decide what air you breathe.
The DUSTER 3000 rolls to where the exposure occurs and filters it out of the air using a standard power outlet. It is ready for use on the day of delivery. Three specialized filter concepts make it possible to tailor the DUSTER 3000 to the specific air contamination.

The problem
Exposure occurs where work is being done.
Dust and paint mist are generated directly during the work process. Vapors and odors can affect an entire work area. In other applications, the focus is on the particulate cleanliness of the indoor air.
What matters is what is generated, where the exposure occurs, and how the air should be treated. cleanAIR therefore relies on different solution principles: from source capture extraction to particulate and activated carbon filtration through to HEPA H14 recirculating air filtration.
The products
One platform, three solutions.
DUSTER 3000 Downdraft
The all-rounder for sanding and painting processes. The Downdraft captures dust, paint mist and solvents directly at the workstation. The contaminated air is extracted close to the floor and filtered in four stages. The patented plenum creates a controlled airflow that directs pollutants to the filter surface. Four filter stages, 5,100 m³/h.
DUSTER 3000 Fume Control
For contaminated work areas with vapors and odors. Two activated carbon stages with around 27 kg of adsorption mass bind solvents, VOCs and isocyanates. Additional particulate filtration down to 1 µm. Designed for vapors rather than dust.
DUSTER 3000 Air Scrubber
For environments with high requirements for particulate cleanliness. Filters with a HEPA-14 high-efficiency particulate air filter, separation efficiency 99.995% in accordance with EN 1822. Each filter is leak-tested and supplied with an individual test certificate.

The advantage
The benefits of the DUSTER 3000 systems at a glance.
All three units operate in recirculation mode. They draw in contaminated air and return it to the room after multi-stage filtration. Conditioned air—whether heated, cooled or dust-free—is retained.
Save energy
Conditioned air stays in the room. Whether heating or air conditioning: what you have invested in the indoor air is not lost with the exhaust air.
Source capture at the workstation
Capture and filtration work best when the unit is positioned where the exposure occurs. Here today, there tomorrow: the systems are built for changing locations of use.
Filter monitoring
All models measure airflow digitally and indicate when filters need to be cleaned or replaced. If the filter condition is critical, the unit switches off automatically. No other manufacturer offers this.
Stay flexible
About one square meter of floor space and a standard power outlet—that is all you need. No wall breakthrough, no exhaust duct, no permitting process. The money goes into the unit, not into the building structure.

Frequently asked questions
Questions & answers.
What is the difference between the three units?
The Downdraft is built for sanding and painting processes. It captures dust and paint mist close to the workstation via four filter stages with 17 kg of activated carbon. The Fume Control is designed for solvent vapors and works with two activated carbon stages and a total of 27 kg of adsorption mass. The Air Scrubber filters with a HEPA-14 high-efficiency particulate air filter and is intended for environments with high requirements for particulate cleanliness. We will clarify which unit is right for your workstation in a consultation.
Does the DUSTER 3000 require a special power connection?
No. All units run on a standard 230 V outlet. We recommend a dedicated circuit so the system can reach full performance.
How high is the power consumption?
In operation, the Downdraft draws around 230 V, 1,500 W (8 A). It does not need to run continuously and is ready for operation within a few seconds.
Is there an air quality report?
Yes. A sample air quality report is available for the DUSTER 3000 Downdraft, prepared under defined conditions (painting work on passenger car body parts). The report documents the filtration performance under these conditions. As actual performance depends on the material, work step and installation position, we provide the report on request.
Can I test the unit?
Yes. We offer free demonstrations at our premises in Oelde. Please schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, on-site demonstrations at the customer’s location are not possible.
Is there a leasing option?
Yes. Through our partner abcfinance, we offer leasing from €349 per month (60 months, commercial). The exact terms depend on creditworthiness. Please contact us.
Do you offer loan or rental units?
No. We sell and lease, but we do not rent.
How long is the warranty?
We provide a 3-year warranty on all new units. Optionally, we offer an extension of up to 5 years for €1,000.
