Sanding dust requires a different filter than solvent vapor. That is why the DUSTER 3000 series is available in three versions on a single platform. Which one is right for your workplace depends on what is released into the air there.
Application areas overview
Different loads require different solutions.
Dust and paint overspray mist are generated directly during the work process. Vapors and odors can affect an entire work area. In other applications, the focus is on the particulate cleanliness of indoor air. To address this, cleanAIR relies on three specialized solution principles.
Automotive & Suppliers
Grinding, preparation, painting, finishing. The downdraft unit captures dust and paint overspray directly at the vehicle. ATEX-certified for potentially explosive atmospheres.
Bodywork & Painting
Spot repair, partial painting, detailing. Mobile extraction that is positioned exactly where the work is being done.
car dealerships
Detailing and minor paint work at the car dealership. Compact, quiet, on wheels.
Rail & vehicle maintenance
Large components that do not fit into a booth. With plenum extension up to 500 cm for an extended work area.
Stage and set construction
Quiet (67 dB), mobile, only requires a standard power outlet. Ideal for theatre workshops and studios.
Industrial manufacturing & plant engineering
Grinding, bonding, coating, repair. Wherever dust, fumes, or odors arise at the workplace.
Print shops
Solvent fumes in large-format digital printing. 27 kg of activated carbon binds VOCs, fumes, and odors throughout the entire print area.
Cleanroom-adjacent environments
Test rooms, production with high particle requirements. HEPA-14 filtration with an individual test certificate.
